Welcome to the Master Agreement Vendor Catalog, for Build LACCD

Featured products have been selected based on the State of California’s “lowest bid” requirement and for the LEED credits these products bring to the program. The Catalog will be used by over 150 individuals from the LACCD Design-Build team and will also be available to other public programs going for LEED Certification.

The listed prices apply to any campus in the district. Due to the multi-year lead-time on projects buyers and specifiers are encouraged to check on the availability of pictured colors, fabrics, etc. prior to ordering. Vendor contact information is located on the bottom of each product summary sheet.

This catalog represents the LACCD’s ongoing commitment to create LEED certified structures and to help the Design-Build teams by providing them pre-approved products.

The BUILD LACCD timeline

Building new structures or retrofitting buildings has been underway for the past 5 years.

“Two completed buildings have already achieved LEED Silver status and six are under review. The district has not set specific guidelines for LEED certification but has asked its designers to maximize sustainability wherever possible,”

As of October 23, 2009 almost 90 new buildings have been planned for the district, 50 are in the design phase or don’t have an architect assigned to them, 29 are under construction and eight are completed.
